Virtual Sessions
It's important to create a quiet environment without distractions for our sessions.   This allows for focus and healing.

         I offer a free confidential telephone consultation (15 minutes)            Payment is due at time of service

Health Insurance 

​I am in-network for Blue Cross Blue Shield (with the exception of the Blue Value Plan) and will submit claims on your behalf.  I am also in network for United Health Care, Optum, Aetna and Cigna.  A 3rd party biller will submit your claims. 

Payment and Cancellation

Payment is made by cash or, check or credit card.  Returned checks will result in a $25 service fee, paid prior to your next appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 48 hours in advance to avoid charges for reserved time.  I may or may not be able to put another client in that spot or otherwise rearrange my schedule.  Missed appointments will be charged $80.00 and paid in full prior to your next appointment.  My cancellation policies are intended to be fair to you, my other clients and to me.
